There haven't been posts recently because I'm on my summer vacay! I'm in (beautiful, but super dry) Colorado for my brother's graduation, then we're all driving back to (beautiful and super moist) Portland and spending a week on the beach!
I hoping to take some pictures of my food journey the next few weeks, so stay posted. Last night I cooked some Mediterranean braised chicken and my cauliflower tabbouleh for my family. And I'm sure we'll be making some more delicious dinners in the future!
